I was recently interviewed by Dr Miranda Melcher on the New Books Network, about my book. We talked about how apples were affected by such disparate events as the landscaping movement and wars with the French. We also decided that the hot apple fritter deserves a revival to become the next street food sensation. It was a real pleasure to be able to explain more about the overall themes in the book, and why orchards are so important to all of us.
